About

Welcome! Thank you for taking the time to read my blog, and I hope that you find it interesting and helpful.

I am a women in my late 30s with ADHD. I am used to reading clinical data, and unpacking that information into a ‘so what’ message. I hope that this blog can take meaningful peer reviewed discoveries in ADHD and break them down into easily digestible articles that are relevant to the lives of ADHD brains and their loved ones.

Please note: through this blog, my intention is to help, but I am not an expert! I love to learn through discussion and (polite and productive) debate, so please – ask questions, comment, challenge and together we can unpack this complex information into usable and relevant insights to our beautifully complex ADHD brains.
